Zelensky recalls Ukrainian peacekeepers from other countries

In connection with the hostilities, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the withdrawal of the Ukrainian contingent participating in international operations to maintain peace and security, Report informs, citing Segodnya.ua.
"In order to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine `On the participation of Ukraine in international peace and security operations’, I decided to withdraw the national contingent and national personnel participating in international peace and security operations to Ukraine for the purpose of their involvement in the defense of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state,” reads a document published by the press service of the Ukrainian president.
This decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
