Presidential elections will be held in Galatasaray

Galatasaray Burak Elmas management was released from the financial direction, but not from the administrative direction. According to the statute, presidential elections will be held in Galatasaray, APA reports citing Birinci Haber.
Galatasaray Club’s ordinary general council meeting for 2021 was held at Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center.
The 6-month activities of the management council chaired by Mustafa Cengiz, who passed away in November last year, were released from the financial and administrative side.
Galatasaray President Burak Elmas said in a statement after the vote, “We have tried to serve as much as we can until now. So let me know about the occasion. We will put the decision you made into effect next week, as per our statute.” used his words.
Burak Elmas and his administration will not be able to stand for re-election within 30 days at the latest “without an election period” in accordance with the Bylaws.
