A suspect has been detained by police officers following an armed incident near the State Circus building on Samad Vurgun Street in Baku, Azerbaijan. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, three people were wounded in the shooting and have been taken to the hospital for treatment. The victims have been identified as Fagan Rahimli, born in 2002, and Tamerlan Huseynov, born in 1983.

The police are investigating the incident, which occurred at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The police and ambulances arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported. Further details of the incident are yet to be released.
