“World community, without exception, all states consider Karabakh to be a part of Azerbaijan,” said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the congress of “Agreement of Citizen”, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

According to Pashinyan, there are several suggestions regarding the solution to the Karabakh issue.
