New rule of logistical provision on Azerbaijani Army and other armed units to be determined

Rule of logistical provision of Armed Forces is changed, it has been reflected in the draft law of the Azerbaijani Parliament "On making amendment on Law "On Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan", APA reports.
The draft law has been presented by the Chairman of the Defense, Security, and Anti-Corruption Committee of the Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov.
According to the law, which is in force now, rule of provision of Armed Forces with logistical means in the condition of peace, a real threat, mobilization, and war (an armed conflict) and requirement norm are determined by the relevant executive body.
According to the suggested amendment, rule of the Azerbaijani Army and other armed units separately in a condition of peace and war (an armed conflict) and requirement norm will be determined by the relevant executive body.
The draft law has been put in a vote and adopted in the first reading.
