Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security Affairs Joseph Borrell in New Delhi. The officials discussed the settlement process, Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, the work of the European observer mission in Armenia, and other regional issues.
