The death toll in Turkey following the earthquake on February 6 has reached 38, as reported by the AFAD Emergency Situations Agency on February 17. However, there was a glimmer of hope as a woman named Neslihan Kilich was rescued from under the rubble in Kahramanmarash on the same day, 258 hours after the earthquake struck. The miraculous rescue came just three hours before two men were also pulled from the debris.
