The commander of Russia’s peacekeepers in Karabakh has been changed again, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

Major general Andrei Volkov will lead the peacekeeping forces in Karabakh.

Currently, A. Volkov is head of Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops of the Southern Military District of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
