Real GDP has increased by 5.8% in January of this year in Azerbaijan in annual expression, according to calculations of APA-Economics on basis of information of State Statistics Committee.

It is the highest annual growth rate, recorded in January over the latest 12 years. A better start of the year for Azerbaijan's economy was observed in 2010 for the last time. The growth rate of GDP was 9.2% then.
