Ali Asadov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has held a meeting with José Ramos-Horta, the President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, who is currently visiting the country, according to Report.

During the meeting, the importance of the upcoming 10th Global Baku forum was emphasized by both sides. Prime Minister Ali Asadov expressed confidence that the visit of the Timorese President to Azerbaijan would have a positive impact on the development of relations between the two nations.

The leaders discussed issues raised during President José Ramos-Horta's meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, as well as prospects for bilateral cooperation in various areas.
