Azerbaijani Foreign Minister criticizes Armenia's "non-constructive position" in joint press conference with Russian counterpart

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov stated that Baku is prepared to normalize relations with Yerevan based on five principles outlined earlier. Speaking at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Bayramov said that Azerbaijan is committed to a peaceful agenda based on these principles and discussed the implementation of trilateral agreements between Baku, Yerevan, and Moscow.

Bayramov criticized Armenia for demonstrating a non-constructive and inconsistent position, violating trilateral agreements, and urged Yerevan to change its stance. He also accused Armenia of misleading the world community regarding the situation on the Lachin road and creating unnecessary agitation, while refusing to engage in dialogue on the matter.
