Today, on February 21, 2022, thirty years have passed since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is very symbolic that today the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov is holding political consultations with his Polish counterpart Marcin Przydacz in Warsaw, the Embassy of Poland in Azerbaijan told APA.

"This visit confirms the dynamics of development of our bilateral relations and the fact that the diplomacy of both countries is in line with the direction set by Polish President Andrzej Duda and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev," he said.

It was noted that Poland recognizes Azerbaijan as an important partner that adheres to the fundamental principles of international law and develops relations based on the implementation of mutually beneficial projects: "Warsaw also supports the development of Baku's relations with NATO and the EU, including Azerbaijan's participation in the Eastern Partnership".
