Ukraine's National Security Adviser states Russia can use nuclear weapons only with China's permission, warns of potential collapse

Ukraine's national security adviser Oleksiy Danilov has stated that Russia would only be able to use nuclear weapons if permitted by China. Speaking to The Times, Danilov said that "if the Chinese let Russia use nuclear weapons, they will use them," adding that "if not, they won't. So you have to ask China that."

Danilov also raised concerns about the potential collapse and break-up of Russia, stating that the West must prepare for such an eventuality. He noted that the West is afraid of fragmentation in Russia, but that this process is already underway. Danilov went on to say that the collapse would be "spectacular" and predicted it would happen within three, five, or seven years. He emphasized that this is a historic process that cannot be stopped.

The remarks made by Danilov highlight the complex geopolitical landscape and tensions between major world powers. However, it is important to note that the accuracy and validity of his predictions regarding the collapse of Russia cannot be confirmed.
