State Anti-Monopoly Agency appeals to Prosecutor General's Office over public procurement violations

The State Anti-Monopoly and Consumer Market Control Service under the Ministry of Economy has made its fourth appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office since June 2022 for violations of legislation on public procurement.

According to a statement from the Antimonopoly Service, the agency found "preliminary evidence that documents prepared on behalf of some state bodies have been forged and falsified" by business entities during its analysis of final protocols of public procurement. The violations were committed in relation to electronic procurement.

The companies found to have committed violations are LLC "Maybo Calibration" (INN: 1305068931), LLC "URAL AS SERVIS" (INN: 1703273111), LLC "Kremon" (INN: 1904914591), LLC "Tean" LM (INN: 1703277071) and "Fərid-FB" (INN: 1003032111), as well as one individual, Tahmazov Vugar Rafiq oglu. The director of two of the companies is Bakhtiyar Avaz oglu Kerimov.

It is worth noting that despite the agency's first public appeal on the offenses and falsification of documents submitted to the tender commission eight months ago, the Republican Prosecutor's Office has not provided any information on the progress of their investigation.
