Officials from Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh met with the participation of the Russian Peacekeeping Contingent (RPC) on the evening of February 24, according to a report by "Sputnik Armenia" agency, citing the command of the Russian peacekeepers. The meeting resulted in an agreement to resume electricity and gas supply to consumers in Nagorno-Karabakh.
