Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order appointing Vagif Sadigov, who is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Belgium, also head of the Representation of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the European Union, APA reports.
