Bayramov said that our diplomats were instructed to promptly inform the international community: “During the July provocations, we saw that provocations and attacks were made against the peaceful actions of Azerbaijanis abroad. Taking advantage of the presence of foreign ambassadors here today, we ask you to take practical measures to prevent such provocations in your countries and to ensure the security of our diplomats."
