Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Saudi Arabian Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al Khuraiji during the Summit of the Contact Group of the Non-Aligned Movement in Baku. The two ministers discussed the importance of developing ties between the two countries and expanding cooperation in various fields. They noted the dynamic development of their bilateral relationship over the past 30 years and expressed satisfaction with the current high level of political dialogue. The officials also discussed opportunities for cooperation in energy, agriculture, tourism, and alternative energy. Additionally, Bayramov briefed the Saudi Arabian delegation on Azerbaijan's peace process with Armenia and large-scale projects underway in the liberated territories.
