Azerbaijan has recently developed a comprehensive model bill on reproductive health, consisting of four chapters and 22 articles. The bill aims to ensure the protection and promotion of reproductive health rights and contains provisions for the obligations of member states in this field.

Chapter I of the bill focuses on general provisions and includes basic concepts, measures for the protection of women and men's reproductive health, and provisions regarding the use of reproductive rights. The chapter also outlines the responsibilities of subjects providing reproductive health protection under the law.

The development of this model bill represents a significant step towards improving reproductive health in Azerbaijan. It is hoped that the bill's implementation will contribute to the promotion of reproductive rights and lead to better access to reproductive health services for all members of society.
