"We received mine maps from Armenia. But their accuracy is only 25%," said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, Report informs.

"Our main goal is to ensure the safe return of IDPs to their homes. Of course, the pace of this work depends on the demining of the area. Azerbaijan is carrying out large-scale demining works in the liberated territories," he stressed.

Hikmat Hajiyev stressed that international funds should contribute to demining:

"Azerbaijan presents a unique model for this. We want to present a demined country model. This conference can be a platform for funding mine action and innovating. Azerbaijan proposes to establish a global fund in this area."
