Armenia and Turkey Agree to Intensify Work on Opening Land Border for Third-Country Citizens

Armenia and Turkey have reached an agreement to intensify efforts to open the Armenian-Turkish land border to citizens of third countries, according to Serdar Kilic, the Turkish special envoy for the normalization of ties with Armenia. Speaking to ARMENPRESS, Kilic confirmed that the two countries' foreign ministers had agreed to work towards the swift launch of the Margara bridge in order to facilitate the opening of the border, Report informs. "Our minister mentioned in his speech that an agreement has been reached to intensify the work around this issue," said Kilic. "We will do everything possible to be able to swiftly, in a short period of time, launch the Margara bridge."
