Turkish-Azerbaijani joint university is planned to be established in Baku, said Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Yavuz Selim Kiran, APA reports.

According to Deputy FM, they presented an agreement project on the Turkish-Azerbaijani joint university to the Azerbaijani side on January 10.
