Despite the ceasefire on Karabakh front that came into effect on October 10th, Armenian armed forces shelled residential district in Azerbaijan's second largest city of Ganja using rocket artillery during the early hours of October 11th. This resulted in substantial desctruction, and there are many dead and wounded among civilian population.
