OPEC maintains forecast for global oil demand in 2023

OPEC has maintained its forecast for the growth of global oil demand in 2023: it still expects growth by 2.2 million barrels per day, to 101.77 million barrels per day, Report informs referring to the organization’s January report.
The forecast for growth in global oil demand in 2023 remained at the level of 2.2 million barrels per day. At the same time, growth in OECD countries will be 0.3 million barrels per day, and in countries outside the OECD, the growth is forecasted to 1.9 million barrels per day, the report says.
The organization expects the global oil demand in 2023 at 101.77 million barrels per day against 99.55 million barrels per day in 2022.
