Number of people fleeing Russia's war in Ukraine nears 4.8 million

The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) has released updated information on refugees from Ukraine, Report informs.
According to the UNHRC, as many as 4,796,245 people have fled Ukraine since Russia started the war on February 24.
Reportedly, 2,720,622 Ukrainians found refuge in Poland, while Romania received 726,857 displaced Ukrainians.
At the same time, 484,725 people headed to Russia, 447,053 to Hungary, 419,499 to Moldova, 329,597 to Slovakia, and 22,827 to Belarus.
