On August 25, a fire started in a mountainous area with complex relief near the Gariblar village of the Masalli district. The State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) fire protection units were deployed to the area.

The Civil Defense Forces, the Special Risk Rescue Service, the relevant forces of the Southern Regional Center, and two helicopters of the Aviation detachment of MES were involved in firefighting to speed up the firefighting and prevent it from spreading to the surrounding areas in addition to the firefighting measures.
