Karabakh separatists have claimed that Azerbaijani security forces blocked the movement of cars belonging to Russian peacekeeping forces near the city of Shusha from 21:00 on April 28 to 11:10 on April 29. The separatists allege that negotiations took place, and the movement of peacekeepers' vehicles was only allowed today.

The official authorities have not yet commented on these allegations. However, information from Azerbaijani telegram channels suggests that the traffic on the road was suspended due to the dismantling of an eco-activists' camp on the road.
