On April 4, receiving a delegation led by Secretary-General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev informed her about the new situation in the region, the proposals put forward by Azerbaijan to normalize relations with Armenia, as well as the current situation in the territories liberated from occupation.

Report informs that the president noted that since the first Armenian-Azerbaijani war, 3,890 Azerbaijanis had gone missing, and stressed the importance of Armenia's providing information about mass graves.
