A meeting between Assistant to Azerbaijani President Hikmat Hajiyev and Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan took place in Brussels, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar wrote on Twitter, APA reports.

"Happy to have been able to host Hikmet Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan in Brussels for the second meeting in this format," stressed Toivo Klaar.
