Change made to weekly lesson schedule in 444 schools situated in frontline region due to military operations

"Beginning from yesterday, aggressor Armenia’s armed forces started another military provocation against Azerbaijan and especially opened fire from heavy weapons on the territories densely populated by civil population. As a result of opening fire by Armenia’s armed forces on our residential settlements and social facilities, there were losses among our civil population, serious damage was caused to multiple houses and civil facilities including education institutions situated in the frontline region", the Ministry of Education told APA.

It was noted that this has also exerted its influence on the teaching process at education institutions situated on those territories. Thus the change has been made to weekly lesson schedule in 444 schools situated in frontline region due to military operations: "Except for general education institutions situated in the frontline region, the lessons in other our education institutions are continued in full-time mode on the basis of the adapted schedule. As for distant (remote) lessons, due to application of restrictions to provision of internet communication countrywide, we ask you to approach understandingly the emergence of possible breaks. Our pupils are recommended to watch the TV lessons broadcasted by Medeniyyet and Arb Gunesh TV channels and covering all subjects in the present situation.

We congratulate our people with the victory news coming from the frontline region and we say to courageous Azerbaijani soldier that “Victory is yours!”.
