Azerbaijan reports 5 new COVID-19 cases and 8 recoveries in past 24 hours

Azerbaijan has confirmed five new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the overall number of confirmed cases to 831,110. However, there were no deaths reported during this time period. The Ministry of Health also reported eight recoveries, with 820,631 total recoveries in the country.
Currently, 253 people are still undergoing treatment for the virus. Azerbaijan has conducted 7,583,322 coronavirus tests so far, as part of its efforts to contain the spread of the virus.
The country has recorded a total of 10,226 deaths from the virus since the pandemic began. The government has implemented various measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, including lockdowns and vaccination drives.
