The Azerbaijani Army's surveillance cameras recorded movement of Armenian military vehicles, including two KamAZ trucks, an auto crane KamAZ, and two UAZ vehicles with residential containers on the Lachin region's territory on April 22. The vehicles crossed the newly built bridge over the Hakari river, entering Azerbaijan without prior agreement and in violation of the Trilateral Statement of November 10, 2020. The observation confirms the establishment of an illegal checkpoint by the Armenian side on the border with Azerbaijan. In response, Azerbaijan may establish a checkpoint on the Lachin-Khankendi road on their side of the bridge to check all vehicles traveling to the Armenian-populated part of Karabakh and back.
