Iran and Azerbaijan have reached an agreement to build a new bridge over the Astarachay river, Deputy Minister of Iran's Roads and Urban Development, CEO of Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructure Company Kheirollah Khademi, APA’s Tehran bureau reports.

He said the construction of the bridge is aimed at increasing traffic between the two countries and international transit.
